How do I connect to my car? Plug an OBD-II adapter (any ELM327 Bluetooth dongle, or the Master-Link) into your car's diagnostic port, then connect it in the app from the Garage screen.
The AI engineers won't respond. The AI features are part of the membership. If you're a member and still stuck, email us — we'll check your account.
I bought a membership / founder spot — how do I unlock the app? Download the app free, sign in with the same email you purchased with, and your access unlocks automatically. If it doesn't, email us that email address.
How do I cancel or delete my account? In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and data.
What does the app work with? It's an independent diagnostic tool for enthusiast vehicles. It is not affiliated with BMW, Honda, Porsche, or MINI.
